Trinity One Apartments is a $2.3 million dollar project that involves the substantial rehabilitation and conversion of a vacant 17,000 square foot 2-story masonry building into eight (8) units of affordable housing.
MODC is partnered with Buffalo Urban Renewal Agency, Northwest Bank, and Home Community Renewal.
The Mt. Olive Development Corporation (MODC), established in 1998, is a not-for-profit community development agency devoted to addressing the economic, social and educational needs of residents on the East Side of Buffalo. Founded by Dr. Pastor William Gillison, the agency continues to offer services to improve the social and environmental conditions in the Northland Corridor and Delavan/Grider communities of the Masten District.

Our Mission at the Mt. Olive Development Corporation is to provide educational, economic services related to the social concerns through restoring, building and uplifting the community. We further express the belief that the educational, economic and social concerns of the community should be advocated by those who live, work and worship within the community. It further expresses the belief that through its program it can educate, empower and foster a sense of hope for the community.
